Vacant Referral Reward Program

Information and Disclaimers

We’re looking for vacant homes in any condition, regardless of whether it is a regular sale, a trust sale, or the home is in foreclosure (as long as it hasn’t been foreclosed). The home can be a single family house, condo, townhome, or PUD. We are not looking for mobile homes at this time. Submit a home that qualifies and if we buy it (see terms and conditions below) we’ll send you a brand new iPad. All parties taking part in this program must review the information prior to application.

New 64 GB iPad 2 with Wi-Fi and 3G (an $829 value)

Important: iPad to be delivered to referring party upon successful close of escrow.

Terms and Conditions:

• Referrals from Los Angeles and Orange Counties preferred. Referrals from neighboring areas may be considered on a case by case basis.
• An offer from The Shenbaum Group, Inc must be accepted by the seller(s) of subject property and escrow must close on subject property.
• Limit of two referral rewards per referring party.
• If the same property is submitted twice by different referring parties, only the first referring party will be eligible for reward. Only one reward per property.
• No trades or substitutions.
• Referring party must submit subject property information through form on Shenbaum.com
• Giveaway ends June 30, 2011. Subject properties must be submitted on or before June 30.
